"Ryland launches site development at Tupelo in Mount Pleasant

The construction stage for the infrastructure of this new community North of Wando High School has begun, as crews have started forming a roadway and shaping home sites. 

The new neighborhood is located on U.S. Highway 17 North in Mount Pleasant. It will have 155 single-family lots, according to Ryland Homes.

Ryland plans tu construct three-, four- and five-bedroom homes priced from the $200,000s, says Brian Cartwright. the company vice president of sales and marketing in Charleston.
